The Izzo Vivi with PID control is the home espresso machine that we at Chris' Coffee consider for someone who likes to buy once and buy right. A 20-year machine that makes exceptional espresso in such a compact package that you'll be hard-pressed to find from anyone other than Gruppo Izzo.

The commercial-grade Sherman tank of an espresso machine is a marvelously compact E-61 group heat exchanger machine. At its heart, the 1.8 liter insulated copper boiler will never let you down. Prepared to provide only the best-tasting espresso the Vivi fitted with single manometers to display boiler pressure give a view into even more consistency in pulling each shot.

For a home espresso machine, the Izzo Vivi with PID controller has a surprisingly large water reservoir. Measuring in at 3-liters Vivi's reservoir allows for increased time between filling. When you do have to refill, the easy access filling from the top-back of the machine will have you back up and running in no time.

With five distinct configurations available for the Izzo Vivi we at Chris' Coffee, want to offer "best in class" machines, ones that you'll have for many years to come! The ability to customize our curated selection of home espresso machines is imperative to making it your own. Like many of our espresso machines - joysticks can easily be added during bench testing at no additional charge. If you do choose to have joysticks included/installed with your machine, the joystick 'knobs' will always be black and there are no additional colors available. You will, however, receive all of the items as listed below!

You can also select between 3 unique accents in red, white, or wood if you choose to have knobs. When selecting your accessory kit you’ll get the following set, in addition to the already included accessories:

• 1 Single and 1 Double Spout Portafilter with insert baskets
• 1 Matching Tamper

• All original black knobs and portafilters included!
